Jay & Donna Hostetler, MinistryWave founders
MinistryWave focuses on ministry challenges and solutions. Today’s church leaders are faced with ongoing conversations and strategic decisions for growth, leadership transition needs, and often, intense week to week ministry management. These are areas MinistryWave is ready to assist through coaching, ministry evaluations, and leadership transition assistance. MinistryWave is ready to help you through a customized approach specific to your needs.
Jay and Donna have served in full-time ministry roles in the local church. They identify with the day to day challenges and the rewards of advancing the ministry. They totally get it. Having lived in California, the Midwest and traveling extensively across the U.S., they love the relationships and the opportunities they’re given to work with leaders and advance ministry.
